Hi there, I am a dreamweaver user, with limited knowledge of the software and no people to ask about it.I have dreamweaver mx version 6. Have a look at the basic site I have created. I would like to be pointed in the correct direction with regards to creating an Image gallery, with thumbnails to one side, that when clicked, will display the full sized image in the middle of the page.
Do I have to create a seperate identical page for every image, then link them all together? or is there another way. I would also like one of those scrolling news panels.
Thanks for any advice, Thanks, nice one

Hi
one way to do this would be to use a database. It is relatively simple to display thumnail images which when clicked would load a page with the expanded image.. You would need only one page to display the expaned image as the link from the thumbnail would include the identity of the image to be expanded
Many hosting ptoviders include these types of scripts for free.
Regards
Clive
