Image cut off on the right side on WPS

Hi,

In a project with IHS (IBM apache server) and WPS, we've a strange case with images :

We are working with a CMS wich store all image in dmoni database. WPS is the application server wich generate the pages displayed via the IHS. When the server is fresh started, we have a random strange display of the images : they are cutoff on the righ side.

What is more strange, is that just a right click on the troncate image make the picture ok without any refresh of the pages.

Does anyone konws are have the problem ?

Many troubletickets are open on the software editor but they is no actual explanations.
