Image Button and Tool Tip

I have an image button that works great but does not show my tool tip text that I sent in the properties on setup.

any ideas. it's a .jpg file

forgot to mention - it's in IE 6.

works great in mozilla

i closed some stuff on my pc and now it works - go figure

posting is magic I just keep posting and all my problems get fixed - you guys are good
