I have thousands of images that I need to sort somehow. I would like to use some kind of OCR system to sort them out and store them into separate folders.
Example:

A bottle of a 20 fl oz Coke bottle. The bottle obviously has the word "Coca Cola" and I would like to be able to use some kind of a system that search for a specific text and sort it.
Is this possible?
