iMac 128ram DRAW 8 CRASHES!!

Hi and thanks for looking. iMac Graphite 400mhz 128MB RAM - Corel Draw8 - Virtual Memory on - program shuts down with Error 2 or 11 message when attempting virtually ANY typesetting task, sometimes as few as 2-3 characters! PLEASE HELP!
