I have a Windows 2003 server running XPE FR3 w/sp4 and the the hotfix rollup. Recently the farm would not reconize the server and troubleshooting revealed the IMA service was down. When trying a restart the msg "Failed to load initial plugins with error IMA_RESULT_FAILURE". And "Failed to load plugin ImaRuntimeSS.dll with error IMA_RESULT_FAILURE". Any ideas? Tried EVERYTHING Citrix offered. We're in the middle of renegotiation our support aggreement so I'm stuck.....
