IMa and M com service not starting

Sir,
in my citrix server.in the services snapin of win 2000 server the Ima and Mhh Com server service is not starting..

Plz guide..

What I would suggest is stopping the print spooler service on the server and setting it to manual or disable.
Reboot the server and see if the IMA service starts successfully.
I have had problems with bad print drivers blowing up the IMA services on a couple of my citrix servers. When you disable the print spooler service, it will not update it to the datastore and allow the IMA service to start successfully.
If this doesn't work, please check the eventvwr for any more detailed information.

SQL or Oracle datastore? If so, can you test the ODBC connection from the Citrix server to the datastore successfully? Any errors in the event logs?
