I'm using frames and need to disable the back button

Hi I'm building a web site using frames. Its working out ok actually. But, the only real problem is that when you click the back button, it just reverses the last frame transfer.

Is their anyway that when the user tries to go back, or use the back button, an alert box pops up instead?

You can't disable the Back button ... sorry.

Can you pop up a alert box, followed by a forward action?

Maybe can't disable but can "back" all frames together:
