I've asked this before, but couldn't get what I needed done. In the subform area, my data entry personnel spend a great deal of time scrolling down or paging down to enter new transactions in the subform transaction.

Is there a way, like sorting by order that will allow then next data entry in the subform to begin at the top of the subform instead of scrolling down past the old history / or paging down to enter a current transaction?

Im afraid not - if that could be the case there would be a blank line (new record) at the top of the listing.
What you could do id to put in a command button that you use when you wish to add a new record to the sub form and this opens a form into which you enter your data and then update the list in the subform
