I'm trying to unregister/register crpe32.dll and I'm getting this error message:
LoadLibrary("E:\WINNT\System32\crpe32.dll") failed -
The specified module could not be found....
Help please !!!!!

I assume by "Register" you mean registering a control using RegSvr32. CRPE32.Dll is not a control, and as such it doesn't need to be registered. Simply start using it. [yinyang]
