I'm totally lost on this one, Password a form!!!!

I don't know VBA or SQL so make it simple please.

I already have a copy of davidd answer to frmp(vistor) on how to password a form dated Apr 10,2001 (thread 702-71692).
I also have thread (702-88019). I can't get either to work on my forms...

My questions are:

1. Where do you start?
2. Where do you place the code? or What section ???
2. Is there an easier way?
