Is there any way to CLOSE a window automatically without having the "The Web Page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close this window?" message pop-up???

there's nothing you can do about it

Unless it's a window that has been opened by one of your pages "pop-up style", in which case, that message won't be displayed.

and you can "force" them to close it of you need to, like so (warning:this is very annoying):
