Firewall1 doesn't support UPnP preventing IM Voice, specifically Windows Messenger 5.0. The problem appears related to NAT traversal. Anyone found a workaround to this?
What version are you running? The problem is in the H323 protocol and how CP handles it, when using NAT. This has been resolved in new releases of CP NG-FP3 HFA317 and NG-AI. We use the IP trunking (connecting 2 PBX's) via VPN and IP softphones via VPN. These use both NAT and H323.
