IM, SOP and Document Number Seq.

Hi:

One of my customers use IM to integrate orders taken in a handheld. If any of the orders taken fails to integrate IM commits that document number and skip it. That causes that the document numbers are not consecutive. This situation causes audit problems and create doubt if the document was entered and deleted or not entered at all.

Please Help!!!
