The process of sending through the SMTP
is simple when I send in plain text/html. But
when I trying to send the attachment (ex. *.xls)
I get in the mailbox the disfigured file.
I know I must to encode the attachment file
but how...

I have yet to do this yet (A project I have in mind will require this so I would be interested in the head way you are making). Basically what you have to do is take the file and encode using one of two methods, either uuencoding or mime encoding. A search on a search engine or a site like for uuencoding methods.

This is how it would work, you would pass the file to the uuencode method and it would return a string representing the uuencoded file. You would then simple append the string to the body of the email.

Hope this points you in the right direction....

you can try this as well
