I'm Searching for a Perl/CGI Script for a Auto-Email Subscribe Box?

I have been searching for a Java Script that will automatically Pop-Up a 2x2 grey box when a visitor first comes to my page. The visitor would Only need to click Yes on
the box to subscribe. They then would get an auto-responded message in their email thanking them for subscribing and I would have a copy of their email address for further contact. The box for example would explain to them that by simply clicking on yes they would automatically be subscribed.
