Is there any way to stop these mails from coming in ?

We are using a exchange server 2003 with sp2

Example:
Lianne Steinbrenner [nicolaas.willemen@antilope.be]
to: Nicolaas Willemen

Is there any way to stop these mails from entering our server ?
