IM progress bar not refreshing

We have some integrations that run well over an hour and lately the progress bar does not refresh; everything is empty until the integration is complete as which point it gives the stats but only retroactively. This seems to appear randomly on various workstations and it comes and goes.

Anyone run into this one?
