IM on UC Module

Hi all,

I have installed an new UC module on site but i am unable to get IM working, the My Buddy icon is not appearing nor is any IM messaging boxes.

Normally out the box it just works, i have upgraded the firmware to 8.1.93 on the UC still with no avail.

Any ideas?

Yeah that is correct. Would anything else other than looking at the IM configuration on One x effect the setup?

I would try a reinstall and start all over again.
