I'm having trouble with AGP texture acc. it said NA in direct x

My system Gateway P4 2.4 with 80 gigs hard drive with 8500LE 128 meg ddr card and G 4 440 mmx 128 meg card both with tv out. I formated 4 times and Gateway replace the mother board that didn't help. It's still disable AGP test mode I lost big frame rates on my 8500LE card like 2300 from 9600 over clock at 279@279 there going send me new G 4 440 card to see if that fixes it if not they might have to swap the system. I'm still very please with my gateway system. One formated shouldn't cause all this trouble. lol
