I'm having trouble adding a new supervisor to MCCM. 1

We have Mitel Contact Center Manager. We are licensed for 3 supervisors. One was initially put in by the installer at installation. I now need to add the other two but when I try, I get the following error message.

"The employee has insufficient permissions or licensing to access the application. Verify that your security role and employee license options permit access to this application. If this user requires access to reports, please ensure that they are licensed as an advanced supervisor or above."

What am I doing wrong and what can I do to correct it?

Make sure their security class is set for the supervisor.
 
You need to be logged in using an account that has sufficient privileges

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
 
Waldosworld "In YourSite Explorer under tabs Devices -> Employees -> Licensing." - Yeah, that's the trouble. Only 2 Supervisor licenses and they're both assigned.
