I'm using Outlook 2000 and am having some problems.

I get the following error message when I click on an e-mail link at any website: "Can't create the item."

I also get the following error message when I open Outlook 2000: "'C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns\' is not a valid Office add-in." I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program and run the "Detect and Repair" function, neither of which helped.

I opened up Exchange (didn't even know it existed until I got it opened) and have two additional problems. 1) the pstprx.dll is missing and Exchange can't open some folders. 2) The Office Assistant has to be reinstalled everytime I open Outlook 2000.

Can anybody help? I'm getting very frustrated (-:

Uninstall Office2000 and run the Eraser2000 registration utility..this will clean the registry completely of Office2000..reinstall..

I was afraid this was going to be the solution but hoping against hope it wasn't so! Thanks!
