I'm getting error saying two admin is using veritas

It isn't necessarily an error message. It's just informing you that there is another connection to the Backup Exec user interface besides the one you are currently using. Even if you are the only administrator this can still happen if you access Backup Exec from different computers. For example, I did this once by using Terminal Services to log into the server and start up the Backup Exec UI. Then I wanted to go show someone something so I went to their desk and logged in as myself from there. It isn't anything to worry about unless you suspect an unauthorized user.
