I'm getting a "denied -10048"

When we try to remove a station on a customers CM we are seeing denied -10048 but only if the request comes from the SMGR.

All other functions seem to work fine.

I tried to look up this code but can't seem to find it.

That is the code that I see when trying to remove a station that has unread voice mail messages. Wants the voice mail box deleted before the station can be removed.
 
They have a AAM I wonder if the MWI is on. I'll check it out

do a list usage extension, then remove all references of it from the system
