Alright you guys that got flash 5 check out one of the movies on this site and tell me if it plays super fast.. like the mouth movement isnt going with the voice and frames, so on.

yeh man it's like a case of bad editing on a cheap b rated movie..the cartoons are great though..nice work..lots of work actually(looks like anyway)..but the sound and the mouth movements are definatly not in sync..guess you'll need oldnewbie for this..he is a editing expert from what i gather..

I tried to view your site but it's too 'big' for my slo so I lost patience.
However, from the Flash manual, in the 'Adding sounds to a movie' section. The way to make sure the lips keep in synch with the sound is to have the sound 'Stream' in the 'Sync' element of the sound panel. This way the sound plays through, and the movie plays catch-up to keep in synch with the sound. As virt says, this is more Old's thing, sound has never been very important to me, other than 'event' sounds and 'loops'.

i said this before, it started to speed up when i got flash 5 player i use flash 4 but when you view it in flash 5 its super fast and the wavs run over eachother.. flash 4 it plays fine and it isnt the speed of there computer doing it. Im so lost and havent got a clue on what to do now. This has been giving me trouble since i used flash 5. i been using flash for almost a yr now, and the way i do the movies is:
with one layer use for mouth movment, another layer for wav
and so on. is this wrong? does each sound wav have to have its own layer? I have ONTRO LAYER, Sound layer for each voice but for the same voice i use the same layer. I hope this helps. Thanks for listening.
