I'm connected to the host, But cannot put the files.

I recieve an error message saying:

Background.jpg - error occurred - An FTP error occurred - cannot put Background.jpg. Access Denied. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem.

Please tell me why this is!
I am using dreamweaver 8 and bravenet.com.

What site are you trying to upload to? This is an FTP (File Transfer Protocal) error. The main clue here is probably the "There could be a permission problem". Do you have a userid/password that is needed to access the site, and are you passing that along through whatever tool you are trying to publish with? You may want to use an FTP program, like SmartFTP. In any case, make sure you have a login that will allow you to publish to the location you are trying to copy to.
