I'm an idiot - Buttons?

Hello
I've only used flash before, so livemotion.. although the same properties perhaps, does not have the same style of development.
How would one go about creating a button on an image, to make another image move?

The tutorials at adobe's site cover this. Its called a 'Remote Rollover' and its pretty easy to handle. A picture is worth a thousand words so I would recommend checking that site out.
