IM an Expert for Microsoft Lync Server 2010 1

I saw this a while back when I was in Redmond with the Lync team. "IM an Expert" feature allows you to essentially search the service via Lync or the web page for an expert in a specific subject. Once you find an expert in your org, your dialog is posted back to the service for enhanced searching by others. Glad to see it's publicly available.
