I'm a newbie, need some help with loading scenes...

I'm new to designing Flash movies, but I've made a couple so far. When i see flash movies on the internet I notice that there is a "Loading.." scene on almost all movies but I have no idea how that is made. I'm sure it's extremely simple and it seems like everyone knows how to do it so can someone please inform a desperate man?

They are called preloaders. In my opinion not as easily done as said... but you can find many tutorials on the subject with a little search. Among many others, you can have a look at a few on this ressource site:
