I'm A New Dude w/ Oracle

hey all:

I'm a Crystal Reports Developer who would like to become an Oracle DBA w/in five years. How do I get started w/ the Oracle Certs and should I take classes at a community college (sometimes though, they do not offer any Oracle Administration classes)? Thx for the help.

Well with the new certifications requirements, you got no choice besides the classes which you must follow. 5 yrs is a long plan i see,.Try dbasupport.com to get better idea of what you need.
