I have set up pager forwarding with some success but need help in fine tuning it! I have set up a query "device by status/Critical devices" and added it to a pager forwarding task which notifies when the device meets the criteria or when it no longer meets the criteria.
What I really want to do is set the pager forwarding up so it only sends when the server has been critical for 10 minutes. Quite often our servers vanish for a minute or so off the network then reappear! We don't want to get paged during the early hours of the morning only to find when we log onto our network, that everything is OK.
