IM 10 installation error 1

I'm getting the following error about halfway through my v10 integration manager intallation:

"The path specified must be an absolute path."

I am using the path C:\IM10 although I've tried the default too. I've also tried this on two different machines, one 64 bit and the other 32.

I can't find a thing on TK. Any ideas?
