Here's the deal. I have been using AE 5 (standard) in Classic mode on my machine until this last month when I upgraded to AE 5.5 (standard) for OSX. I have just attempted to import an Illustrator 9 file as a new composition (something I did all the time with 5.) Thought it worked fine until I opened the composition and found that all of the layers had been mixed-up. I can only assume that this has happened on import of the file as a composition. Anyone have any experience/tips on this issue? I'm wondering if I have to upgrade Illustrator to 10....I hope not. ![[sad]](/data/assets/smilies/sad.gif "[sad] [sad]")
