Hi All,
I contacted adobe support last Nov. 2007 - as I wanted to install illustrator in a citrix environment.
The response I had at the time from them was that this was supported only if I purchased their 'Open Options Licensing model'.
Move forward to now and I finally placed my order and received the software.
- Open Options License -
Problem is that the installation fails during the pre-implementation setup checklist, informing me that I am attempting to install using an invalid operating system - (server 2003) - It must be XP or Vista.
So I contacted Adobe and they told me that there is no version which is supported in a terminal server environment.
There is a post on experts exchange:
I have thrown this back at Adobe and am awaiting a response, but was wondering *hoping* that there is someone out there whom knows a workaround for this?
Cheers.

I know that there is a specific version of newer adobe products for a terminal services enviroment. You have to call them up and ask them about Open Options licensing and media kit. I remember about a year ago trying to install a standard copy of illustrator on citrix, and it totally refused to work. We had to get the Open Options media kit. Im pretty sure that you can just get a media kit, and one license and use it for all your users, just as long as you actually own the licensing for the actual count.
