I am currently using an older Illustrator 9.02 in an XP/sp2 machine. After playing with a different default Web Browser (IE to FoxFire and back to IE)I now see the following "Adobe Online Error: No default web browser application is selected on your machine. Please launch your web browser application or reinstall it and try again." every time I try and go to Illustrator Help (F1). I have returned my default back to IE but illustrator is still upset? IE is recognized as my default everywhere else. Not sure what direction to take other than wait and upgrade to the latest Illustrator after CS 2.0 hits the street. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks Andy

You could try deleting the preferences for Illustartor.
close Illistutrator. on Win XP you should locate the preferences at C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS Settings\AIPrefs.
After you remove this then restart Illustartor. Do NOT open a file. First got to Edit/Preference/ and set the preferences you you wnat them. So the correct browser will open up the file.
