illustrator 8 export for flash ...help

Hi guys
I have downloaded the flash plugin to export illustrator 8 files as .swf files for import into flash. Macromedia supplied the download; however, the password to unlock the plugin was not emailed to me as promised. I downloaded it again and still no password.
I am having a tough time here. will anyone be so kind to let me in on a shortcut to getting my illustrator to export to swf. Maybe someone will have a direct line to macromedia about the problem. I cant seem to find the way.

Ok, So Macromedia takes vacations too. Monday morning all the information came. I thought it would be animated to be sent as soon as you download the program. Maybe they will work on that. We do live in a "need it now" society.
