Illegal Operation errors

When running Visual FoxPro 5.0, I get the error message "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down." When I select the Details button, I get the message "VFP caused an invalid page fault in DIBENG.DLL AT 0005:00002bd3." I also get the Illegal Operation message in Juno sometimes.I attempted to recreate the problem in Juno in order to get the exact Details message, but was unable to do so.

I looked on google and could not find any documentation for this exact error so the only thing that I can suggest would be to do a scandisk and defrag then if that doesnt work I would reinstall the two programs and do another scandisk and defrag. Questions/comments/concerns to email addy below.
