illegal operation error in Outlook 2002

Recieving Err "This program has performed and illegal
operation and will be shuting down"
Error recieved upon opening Outlook
After selecting ok user is able to work in Outlook most of
the time.
OS Platform Windows 98
Defrag has not been ran in awhile
Norton AntiVirus runs clean

Start with the Office Repair function, from Control Panel - Add/Remove programs. Click Remove on the Office entry and it will let you repair (parts of) Office.
If that does not do the trick, recreate the profile and ty again.
