illegal operation - error in main123w.dll

I have one user running win98 that having a problem opening one 123 file. Lotus 123 version 9.0 for windows seems to cause illegal operation in main123w.dll, file size is about 1.02MB

i have reinstalled the program in the computer but didn't solve the problem. Anybody with any idea?

Comment -- not sure about this but I think I remember seeing a thread where someone suggested that 9.0 had some bugs and recommended moving up to 9.5 as a solution.
