Illegal operation & coreldrw100.dll

I need to open two very important CorelDraw 10 files ASAP, but I keep getting an error anytime I try to open either file. I get the illegal operation error that lists module coreldrw100.dll. I have replaced the Corel programs file with the same file from the Corel 10 CD with no luck. I am running Win 98 version 4.10 with intel pentium 586 processor with 128 MB RAM.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

There are 2 software update patches available on the site. It claims to add to the stability of the software and both update the said .dll file.

If you have the initial release you may have to download and install both. Make sure to read the instructions on the site.
