Illegal Break-In on KX-TD 1232

Greetings to all! One of our Panasonic KX-TD1232 was accessed from outside illegally. How do I lock it down so no one can do this again.

All suggestions arre greatly appreciated.

it must be connected to a voicemail. barr voice mail ports from making calls and make sure all mailboxes have a secure password
and make sure mailbox 999 and 998 have a password
