I know think there is no way to shut off the ringing on internal calls, but maybe I am wrong. the scenario is there is a location that answers with AA AND ALSO HAS ivr deployed. The staff( cashiers ) at this location are not allowed to make OR RECIEVE personal calls. Their workaround is to have their pals call the store and when the aa answers put in the ext of the checkout lane they are working and presto they are catching up on old times while the customer stands there, contemplating suicide. Can I change something in the COS TO DISABLE THIS WITH affecting the CCR TRANSFERS?
