IKE SA staying active after user/cleitn disconnects

I am using the cisco VPN client to conenct to our PIX 506e. All users are configured exactly the same way except for IP pools and user passwords. One particular client is unable to connect after he has connected in from his home office one time in the past. I verified that after his client disconnects, the IKE SA remains active with his remote IP address. therefore the username and password will not negotiate a new connection from this point on. All other users do not experience this. Rebooting the PIX clears the information until the next first time he connects.

Any suggestions?
