IIS6.0 Large File Uploads/Downloads & CGI Timeouts

Hi,

How do I change the metabase settings on the server to allow very large file uploads / downloads and also the upload script time to process the uploading file.

This is the CGI Timeout as I use ActiveState Perl as my server side code.
