IIS5 Password Change Problem

I have recently set-up a couple of 2K IIS 5 servers. I have set-up access to the password change page, aexp2.htr. When anyone attempts to amended their account password they receive a page cannot be displayed message at _AuthChangeUrl?. Any ideas gratefully received.
