iis: win2k pro vs win2k server

i want to install a new small web server with IIS

in past i used win2k server
but i dont use many of its features, due to my tasks
and many server tasks are running by themselves "for nothing"

is it more effective for a small web server to use just a win2k pro with IIS installed (i dont have a LAN, other users to administrate, etc)
what are the most critical things I will lose going just with win2k pro?

Limited to one site only
Limited to 10 concurrent users, can be reached with as few as 6 users if you have any db use on the site.

are the main points.

Just turn off the services that aren't required if you use 2k Server.
