iis to active directory through isa server

Hi

I have a IIS server sitting in a DMZ (ISA Servers Both sides of the DMZ) comming from Web to IIS is fine. what we are looking at doing is joining the IIS server into the Active directory on the local net. have been through all technet articles regarding this problem and still cant seem to find a answear. Need to use the Group permissions for the web sites.

any ideas or work arounds regarding doing this
