Hi All

Wonder if you can help. I have a 2000 server running IIS server. W2000 Server has SP3 installed.

I am having problems with the the shared folders. When I go into open files - to check and see which user has what open, it shows nothing. There are no paths. Has anyone came across this and if so, how can it be fixed?

Thanks
Antoinette

Where are you checking the user access to the files? Computer management shares? Gia Betiu

Yes I am checking them under the computer manager, then unser the sahred folders. When I click on the open shares, it shows nothing, even though I know users have open files.

What do you think the problem is?

Thanks
Antoinette

Difficult to say where the problem is. Is an abnormal behaviour.
How this could appear? Virus. or can be some settings in the registry, but not documented ones.

Anyway, i don't see the link with IIS. If you expect to see there the files opened via IIS, you will not see tehm in this way. But, Ok, don't think that you are speaking about this. Gia Betiu
