Server 2003, sp2.
Locally it is displaying aspx pages
Remote users, (network), can't find them.
Did before!
All users have been given full permissions.
Asp.net service is enabled.
Only one instance of asp.net service.

Sorry for the brevity, the first attempt disappeared and it's gone 5. I think I've included everything relevant.
Be most grateful for any help.

It is only for network users as opposed to web users, I don't think it is relevant but included it for completeness.
Network users can see asp and htm pages, I missed that out of the original question. And could, at one stage, see the aspx pages.

Ah! The obvious! Except I didn't know about the back up feature in IIS! (Should have looked, good rule in computing, if you want something it's quite often there.)

Back up to the original settings means it can see it, but is causing an error with the config file which, despite all the settings being set to debug it is refusing to display the error.
Back to where I was before it refused to see them!

I swear I'm going back to asp from asp.net, there may be much less in the way of features in asp but in .net I continually hit the wall of configuration errors which are simple to sort, if you know how.

Cheers Gav, have a star.

Ah!
Now I've been told that my restoring of the IIS has stopped the rest of the system working, altho I had been assured it was separate!
Programming is easy, setting up the environment is a nightmare.
