IIS Redundancy

Please help! I have a Windows 2000 Server - not Advance Server- running IIS and I would like to have a redundant configuration setup so that if one server goes down the other one takes over. Unfortunately since I'm not running Advance Server my options are fairly limited. Has anyone heard of a 3rd party software capable of doing this?
